I'm sitting in a sunbeam in the studio this afternoon, basking in the sense of possibility that fills these end-of-winter not-quite-spring days. The shop is poised for some really lovely packaging updates (light-protective glass! more tree-free labels!), and getting all the details in order for this shift has made me think a lot about simplicity, in my own life and in the life of the business. You'll notice quite a few things are out of stock in the shop right now as I prepare for the transition, but I hope you'll be excited to try the new offerings coming soon. Our Rose & Chamomile Facial Scrub and Cleansing Nectar have come together in spirit to create a new silky honey & clay cleanser, and I'll be adding an Orange Blossom Butter to the collection, as well, featuring neroli, ylang ylang and coconut pulp, all organic, of course! In the meantime, to celebrate these last quiet days of preparation before Spring bursts forth, I created the Late Winter Sunshine Kit, redolent with bright citrus and white flowers. The kit includes:
perfume serum no. 2 (1.8ml sample)
neroli & ylang ylang facial tonic - 2oz
orange blossom butter - 25g
silver needle pomelo white tea - 9g enough for 4 cups
one sparkly sunstone
It's might be just the thing to brighten these last chilly days, and a great way to get a sneak peek of the new Orange Blossom Butter before its official release, too!
